In these Aerial yoga classes, young people are supported to get into their bodies, to perceive them better and to love them. The exercises help develop better posture. The active movement and relaxation in the hours teaches relaxed and correct breathing and reduces stress.

The Aerial yoga experience in the group promotes social behavior and various methods are learned in order to better meet the demands of everyday life (school, work, family, etc.) and to feel mentally strengthened.
